Welfare Rights Service

We want to ensure that you are receiving your full entitlement and are supported in understanding your finances.

We have a partnership with Glen Oaks Housing Association, which enables us to offer appointments with their Welfare Rights Assistant.

She can assist you with:

• Benefit checks
• Completing benefit forms
• Benefit overpayments
• Change in circumstance interviews
• Financial advice for moving homes
• Council tax issues
• Fuel and energy advice

This service runs on Tuesday mornings between 9-12pm.

Due to high demand for this service, appointments must be booked in advance. Please contact us to request an appointment.
