Our History

Carnwadric WIN Project was established on 16 December 2013 as a community-focused charity dedicated to supporting vulnerable children, parents, carers, and families within the local area. Since our beginnings, we have worked to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where people can access support, build confidence, and feel connected within their community.

Our organisation was founded with clear charitable purposes centred around advancing health, wellbeing, citizenship, and community development. We support vulnerable parents and carers who may be experiencing challenges such as addiction, budgeting difficulties, or parenting struggles, helping them gain the skills and confidence needed to improve family life and wellbeing.

We also work closely with children and young people, particularly those who may be vulnerable or require additional support, including individuals within ASN and ethnic minority communities. Through creative activities such as drama, music, and community engagement projects, we help children build self-esteem, confidence, and social skills in a safe and encouraging environment.

Over the years, Carnwadric WIN Project has grown into a trusted community organisation that believes in the power of inclusion, partnership, and opportunity. We are passionate about empowering people of all ages and backgrounds through meaningful engagement, tailored volunteering opportunities, and supportive community programmes.

Our work is guided by fairness, collaboration, and measurable positive outcomes. By working alongside local partners, volunteers, families, and community members, we continue to create opportunities for people to grow, connect, and thrive while helping shape a stronger and more supportive community for everyone.
